Returns and Refund Policy

Our Promise: The Fire Charity Fishing Foundation strives to provide high-quality appareal and excellent customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at firecharityfishing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

 

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at firecharityfishing@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your original item and receive the replacement.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Items that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

 

Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
